How about dealing with a million questions while you are trying to get ready?  What about making a timeline for your family and wedding party so they know where to be throughout the day, the list can go on. Total Wedding Coordination

​​This package includes the following (*add-ons to this package)  :

  • Complete Design & Decorating Package 

  • Exclusive Member Login For Viewing Of Contracts, Scheduling Meeting, Etc..

  • Up to 12 one-hour long meetings via phone or in person to gain your vision for your day! 

  • Complete Ceremony and Reception direction.

  • Vendor recommendations for those spots you have not filled.

  • Planned wedding rehearsal management (We attend, organize and direct your wedding rehearsal, up to 1 hour).

  • Communicating with all of your vendors two weeks prior to your wedding day to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.

  • 8 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day with TWO wedding planners.

  • Vendor check-in of all wedding vendors, ie., Florist, DJ/Band, Photographer, etc.

  • Disbursement of all vendor payments and/or tips the day of your wedding.

  • Receive any deliveries you may have that day. (Rentals, floral, photo booth, etc.)

  • Assistance with staying on task with photography and timeline.

  • Fielding and answering questions family members/friends have during your Big Day!

  • Utilization of our emergency kits for the bridal party. These kits are extensive! 

  • Placing everyone in their proper place at the proper time.

  • Ensuring the decor and setup is done by your decorators according to the vision you communicate with us.

  • Taking care of any emergencies that we can on your Big Day! (We will be your "Girl Friday" the entire day!)

  • A detailed timeline of your entire wedding day - this is printed in a notebook for your entire wedding party and your vendors on the day of your wedding!

  • 10 hours of onsite Coordination on your wedding day with TWO wedding planners.

  • Wedding design and decor assessment.

  • Detailed floor plans and seating assignment for the ceremony.

  • Design floor plans and detailed decor assignments to manage all the decor, including floral arrangements and all decor pieces.

  • Design and planning sessions, plus budget assessment and management for your Ceremony AND Reception... your entire planning process organized, plus direction and design styling.

  • Total budget outline and monitoring.

  • Vendor meetings attended either with you or on your behalf.

  • Vendor selection/payments monitored per your outlined budget.

  • Utilization of our seating programs and assigned seats and ordering of place cards and table numbers, per your outlined budget.

  • Onsite guest check-in per seating assignments.

  • Your choice of either a completely planned and attended wedding rehearsal dinner OR a post-wedding brunch.

  • Includes $500 of rentals applied towards tables, chairs and tabletop decor.
